Jewelry Care & Materials
The Curator's Guide to Upkeep
We source pieces that balance striking aesthetics with everyday durability. To keep your jewelry looking exactly as sharp as the day you unboxed it, follow these three core rules:
- Keep it Dry: Moisture is the enemy of plated metals and alloys. Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or hitting the gym.
- Put it on Last: Your jewelry should be the final touch to your outfit. Apply your perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before putting on your pieces to avoid chemical tarnishing.
- Rest it Right: When you aren't wearing your jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in the provided Bunny House Studio pouch. Do not leave it sitting out in humid environments like the bathroom.
A Note on Materials & Skin Sensitivity
We curate a variety of materials, from heavy gold plating to modern enamels. Please note that some fashion jewelry pieces may contain trace amounts of nickel.
If you have sensitive skin or a known nickel allergy, we highly recommend skipping the plated alloy pieces and shopping exclusively from our S925 Silver collection to ensure a comfortable fit.
