Order Processing & Shipping

Where We Ship From & Processing Times
To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, we fulfills orders from two distinct inventory hubs:

  • Vancouver Hub: Orders fulfilled from our local Vancouver stock are processed and shipped out every Friday in a single weekly batch.
  • International Hub: All other curated accessories are processed and shipped by the next business day directly from our international facility.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • From Vancouver: Expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • From International Hub: Expect delivery within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note: During peak holiday seasons, customs clearance may take longer than usual and add unexpected delays to these estimates.

Tracking Information & Carrier Screening
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware that for international shipments, tracking updates are typically delayed by 2 to 3 days. This is a normal part of the carrier's mandatory security screening process. Your package is already moving, even if the tracking link has not updated yet!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
No surprise fees! For all international shipments, we prepay all tariffs and import taxes for you. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Our Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Items
Quality is our priority, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please reply directly to your order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos of the defect. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund immediately.

General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you simply changed your mind, we do accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Please reply to your order confirmation email to initiate a return. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping postage.

Cancellations & Modifications

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our international hub ships items by the next business day, our cancellation window is incredibly tight. Additionally, due to the 2-to-3-day delay in tracking updates caused by carrier screening, your order may already be in transit by the time you ask to cancel.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in the fulfillment queue, we will always do our absolute best to intercept it for you.
